A Spartan Advisor is a trusted pool pro, trained on PoolSpartan, who helps other pros with what they need inside the platform and gives them peer business advice to grow their companies.
Advisors bring pros onto PoolSpartan and earn a monthly cut of what those pros bring in, for as long as they stay. Their growth is your growth, and ours.
Why pros, not salespeople.
Nobody sells a pool pro on software better than another pool pro. You know who in your chapter is buried in paperwork, who just hired their first tech, and who is still invoicing from a spreadsheet. You know what matters on a route, and your recommendation carries weight that ours can't.
So instead of hiring a sales team, we pay the pros who are already helping their peers.
How it works.
Bring a pro in.
You introduce PoolSpartan to a pro you know and they sign up under you. There's nothing for them to buy — PoolSpartan is free to run, and the only fee is the BOB Fee their customers pay per invoice.
Be their first call.
Setting up the route, sending the first invoice, answering a customer who asks about the fee — you know the answers because you've done it. We handle anything that's a software question.
Earn a cut every month they stay.
For every pro you bring in and support, you earn a monthly share of what they generate on PoolSpartan. It is recurring, not a one-time referral fee, and it grows with every pro you bring in.
The arrangement.
- Independent, not employed. You're a 1099 partner. You keep running your own business.
- Paid on results. Your cut comes from what the pros you bring in generate. No quota, no base, no draw.
