Do my customers need a password?
No. They enter their email address and PoolSpartan sends them a sign-in link.
Can customers turn on AutoPay themselves?
Yes. From the portal, a customer saves a card or bank account and opts in to AutoPay.
Can the portal be on my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you own and your website, sign-up page and customer portal are served from it.
