What it does

Each tech's stops show on a map with real driving routes, in that tech's color. Switch between board, planner and list views.

Optimize a route, then approve it.
Press Optimize route for a tech and PoolSpartan proposes a stop order with arrival times. It packs mornings and afternoons and keeps to each customer's preferred time window. You see it before anything changes, and you can undo it after.
Drag a stop to move it.
Drag a visit up or down and the stop numbers follow. The new order is the one your tech sees on the phone.
Weekly service schedules itself.
Recurring service plans create their own visits ahead of time, four weeks out by default. Next week's route is built before you look at it.
Assign work from the grid.
Click a visit in the week grid to set its day and technician, without leaving the planner.
Questions
Does PoolSpartan optimize pool routes?
Yes. The optimizer orders one tech's day at a time and shows projected arrival times. You preview the new order before it is applied, and you can undo it afterwards.
Do I have to build the schedule every week?
No. Recurring service plans create their own visits ahead of time, four weeks out by default, so the route fills itself.
Can my techs see the route without cell signal?
Yes. FieldSpartan downloads the day's route to the phone and works offline, then sends the finished work back when it has signal.
