Delete Your PoolSpartan Account

PoolSpartan is operated by Zona Vibes, LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your operator account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@poolspartan.com from the email address you signed up with. Include your business name and that you're requesting account deletion. We will confirm within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your PoolSpartan operator account (email, name, phone, authentication record) — deleted.
  • Your business workspace and its operational data (customers, routes, visits, chemistry, photos, invoices) — deleted.
  • Connected payout account link (your Stripe connected account ID is removed from our system; the Stripe account itself is yours to keep or close with Stripe directly).
  • Crew member access — pool pros who were invited into your workspace lose access. Their individual FieldSpartan accounts are unaffected (those are theirs).
  • Crash reports and diagnostic logs — anonymized retention for up to 90 days, then deleted.

What is retained, and why

  • Financial records (invoices issued, payments processed, payouts made) are retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations — typically seven years. These records may be needed for audit, dispute resolution, or tax filing.
  • Records required for legal compliance (KYC verification artifacts, anti-fraud records, court orders) are retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
  • Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (counts, anonymous diagnostics) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to you.

Export your data first

We recommend exporting your customer list, visit history, and invoice records before requesting deletion. PoolSpartan provides CSV / Excel exports from inside the app. Once deletion is processed, we cannot recover the data.

Timing

We confirm deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days unless we're legally required to retain the data longer (e.g. an active audit, dispute, or tax retention window). If retention is required, we will tell you what's retained and when it will be deleted.

Deleting only some of your data

If you want to delete specific items (e.g. a particular customer record) without deleting your whole account, you can do that directly inside PoolSpartan, or email privacy@poolspartan.com with details.
